About Turquoise Waters Resorts Limited

Our Company

Turquoise Waters Resorts Limited is developing a luxury resort on North Beach, our 30 acre island just off the coast of the Island of Barbuda.  Barbuda is a sister Island of Antigua, in the BWI section of the Eastern Caribbean.  We own 30 acres of ocean front that is valued in excess of $50 million USD.  Turquoise Waters is also renovating a beach bar/restaurant and lodge on Long Island, Bahamas, please Google The Buccaneer Beach Club Long Island Bahamas to view details as this website will focus predominantly on the Barbuda development.

Our Devlopment Plans

We have approvals to construct a mixed use resort featuring 80 one and two bedroom cottages for the resort rental pool, and a residential component consisting of 20 three and fourbedroom villas.  The resort will occupy 20 acres while the villas will occupy the remaining 10 acres.  The resort will feature and provide all of the amenities associated with a luxury resort.

    OUR VISION

    Our Company

    Turquoise Waters Resorts Limited is developing  a resort guided by our legacy values of safeguarding our pristine environment, rich island ecology, coral reefs, and beautiful mangroves of which we are bordered.  We have balanced these values with a luxury experience that provides a sustainable approach to experience beautiful beaches, privacy, security and the opportunity to enjoy nature and the outdoors in an unparalleled environment.  

    What We Offer

    We offer an opportunity to be a guest or the opportunity to be an owner.  We provide beachfront retreats that are studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom cottages, and two, & three bedroom villas.  Our clubhouse will be our main gathering spot, and our beach bar/restaurant, main pool, and beach will provide  additional areas to congregate.  Solace will be found in our spa, and other ammenities will include our gym, basketball and tennis courts as well as the popular pickleball.  We will feature a small vegtable farm, chickens & goats, as well as a sustainable seafood farm.  Activities are many, snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, kayaks, boating, deep sea fishing, sailing, together with our wellness classes, to name a few, yet the art of relaxation is our specialty.

    SUSTAINABILITY

    Our Targets

    Our goal is to leave the smallest carbon footprint as we look to provide exotic and luxurious experiences.  We will utilize alternative forms of energy: solar, and wind turbines are a natural given the amount of sunlight and consistent breeze, we intend to use a bio-digester that turns waste into methane, and the methane then pumped as fuel to run the generator. We will further utilize recycling for plastics, but encourage our guests towards re-usable resources.  Travel at the resort will be walking, biking, or by electric golf cart.   Not only are these practices beneficial for the environment, but are incredibly cost effective as we are completely off the grid.

    We believe that luxury is not only defined by luxurious and expensive physical assets, but by the food experience and the accompanying service element.  We guide the guest from the moment the guest leaves their home, until such time as they return.  We have 24/7 customer care helping to alleviate any travel issues to or from the resort.  Each guest suite has its own butler which we refer to as our "service ambassadors" and the word "NO" does not exist in our staff vocabulary.  Our guests' "guided journey" is like a safari, curated by our knowledgeable staff, and as such our resort is more than just accomodations; they are curated journeys into nature, local culture, cusine, and adventure.


    ABOUT ANTIGUA & BARBUDA

    Antigua & Barbuda gained their independence from Great Britain in 1982, and operate a parlimentary form of government.  Due to Antigua having a vast majority of the population (86,000 residents) compared to Barbuda (3,000), Antigua controls the vast majority of parlimentary candidates.

    Life here at The Barbuda Beach Club celebrates the ocean.  The Beach Clubs' "Outdoor Pursuits" team makes planning your daily adventures effortless.  Start the morning with a paddle through the mangroves, or perhaps yoga on the beach, or a friendly game of pickleball.  Leisurely snorkel through the reefs, and dive through shipwrecks.  Maybe a couples spa treatment or simply relax on our beautiful beach.  

    Outdoor Activities

    Experience the beauty of the beach and the ocean with our wide range of activities, including surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, and more. Our expert guides will help you make the most of your time in the sun and water.

    THE STUDIO

    The Studio Unit provides  554 sq. ft of interior space, and 576 sq. ft of exterior space for total sq. footage of 1130 sq. ft. priced at $600,000.00 USD  

    THE ONE BEDROOM

    The One Bedroom provides an additional 180 sq. ft. of interior space allowing a kitchenette, while also increasing outdoor space by 120 sq. ft. for total sq. footage of 1,430 sq. ft. priced at $750,000.00.

    UPGRADES

    There exist numerous upgrades that can be discussed with our design team, including the addition  of plunge pools, hot tubs, golf carts, as well as interior and exterior ammenities.

    THE TWO BEDROOM

    The Two Bedroom features 1,782 sq. ft. of interior space and exterior space of 648 sq. ft.  for total sq. footage of 2,430 sq. ft. The two bedroom features a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and salon providing plenty of great living space.  Each bedroom features an "en suite" bathroom, and there is a powder room off the kitchen.  Both bedrooms and the salon open to a spacious deck with a plunge pool.  Priced at $1,300,000.00 USD.

    UPGRADES

    There exist numerous upgrades that can be discussed with our design team, including the addition  of plunge pools, hot tubs, golf carts, as well as interior and exterior ammenities.

    OWNERSHIP HAS SUBSTANTIAL BENEFITS

    Ownership may provide an opportunity for the Citizenship by Investment Program, additionally your unit will become part of the resort rental pool where we share net income 50/50.  Rental rates are expected $1800/night studio, $2200 one bedroom, and $3000 for the two bedroom.

    THE VILLAS' & PRIVATE RESIDENCES

    The first step is to choose your 1/2 acre building lot, ocean front priced at $2 million, or ocean view at $1.2 millioin, now meet with our architects and design team to create your dream.  Don't worry, we handle 100% of the construction, and each week we send you a progress video, and every 60 days you receive a complimentary 1 week resort stay to personnally assess the progress and to make changes if necessary.  Most models are priced from $1.5 to $5 million, and once you go to contract we guarrantee the price.

    UPGRADES

    There exist numerous upgrades that can be discussed with our design team, but you also get to use all resort facilities including housekeepping, laundry, our butler program, private chefs, as well as the opportunity to email your desired provisions so your refrigerator and bar are full upon your arrival.  Use our golden conceirge services to book your travel itenmerary and we will be available 24/7 to ensure a smooth trip.

    INVESTOR INFORMATION

    We are offering equity to investors where we seek a total of $25 million for 40% equity in our Company.  We anticipate our resort property will be valued at in excess of $90 million at completion, and we anticipate distributions of approximately $60 million over a five year term.

    INVESTOR BENEFITS

    Depending on the size of your investment, you will be entitled to certain complimentary stays at the resort, such can be discussed at such time as you have determined the amount of a potential investment.
